Thank you for your purchase at Eonixup, accessible from https://oxitap.com/. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions.

1. Refund Conditions

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Software Products

For software products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee is valid if you have experienced significant issues that we are unable to resolve. Please provide detailed information about the issue, including screen captures or other evidence where applicable.

3. Subscriptions

For subscription services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you will receive a full refund. After the first 30 days, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund for any month already charged.

5. Refunds

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact@oxitap.com.

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
